Overcoming Fundraising Challenges

From setting up your account, all the way to delivering the products, running a fundraiser should be easy and streamlined. However, small fundraising challenges can arise at unexpected times. Through years of experience and first-hand contact with customers, Little Caesars® Pizza Kit has put together a short list of common fundraising challenges and how to overcome them.

Getting Participation

It can sometimes be tough to motivate your sellers to give 100% when selling products. It can also be challenging to motivate buyers to take action and participate in your fundraiser. One way to overcome this challenge is to remind them why you are doing this fundraiser and how it will benefit everyone involved. This will show passion for your cause and will more than likely turn into increased sales.

Delivery Coordination

Another common challenge that arises for most fundraisers is coordinating the delivery of products. It can be difficult to find a time of day and enough helping hands to move all of the sales your fundraiser made. To overcome this easily avoidable challenge, we suggest the simple task of planning ahead. Communicate with your group early in the fundraising process on which day the delivery will take place and at what time. Provide continuous reminders throughout your entire fundraiser and avoid any confusion.
